I have a voice vlan and a data vlan. The IP softphone is on the data vlan. I need to know what ports to use with my access lists to allow only softphone to communicate with the Call Manager and Unity in the voice vlan. In addition I need to know if there is any QOS feature on Catalyst 3550 to handle softphone traffic.

This is a bit complicated as the audio port being used by softphone is RTP port range 16384 to 32767. While you can make an ACL out of this range, there might be some applications that might be using these port ranges.
Another thing that you can try and do is define an ACL for signaling with destination port 2748. Then, for the media bearer packet, you will define an ACL for the source port that matches exactly the one you configured in the IP Softphone--Audio--Network Audio setting.
