I have a problem when adding users to ip phone messenger. I add the end user enter username password and pin but that user cant login to the ip phone messenger. What more do I need to do before a user can use phone messenger? The first user I created can use it but not the second.

I really think that this might be related to the Licensing issue from your other thread on the Unified forum. I would try sending an email to
To try and determine the Presence License question which should address this as well.

I agree with you that it seems to be a license problem. I have contacted Cisco about it.
