Please tell me the steps to enable "after hour" greeting and the steps to change greeting message.I couldn't find it in the Unity 2.46 server. Everytime I called into Unity after hours it plays interview greeting. Can you help me?

this is covered in the administration guide nicely. You should find this under the \documentation directory on CD #1 of your install set. If you can't get at that for some reason, here's a link to all the Unity 2.4.6 documentation:

In the administration guide the chapter on "Modifying Subscriber Settings" covers greetings and how to change/activate them.

we still can use outlook to listen voice attached mail I even without VMO. So what's VMO for? Thanks.

not sure why you jumped on the end of this thread but VMO allows you to use your phone as a media device (i.e. instead of requiring sound card/speakers on the PC) and you can create new voice mail from the client.
Without VMO you can review voice mails as simply attached WAV files to an email but when you reply it'll be an email (i.e. the subscriber you reply to will not be able to get that voice mail over the phone).
