I have a problem when I when the pref agent does not answer the call is divert to sec agent, within the transfer the CTI data is lost the data does show for a split second on screen but it means the second agent cant answer. CAN ANYONE HELP
Did you try to transfer the calls without the ICM getting involved. You can try it out to isolate the problem this way. There also could be some related known bugs on CCO.
