Hi,
At a customer site we have a Alcatel Dec/t system for the mobile phone connections across a factory.
We use Callmanager 3.1.2c and a 12 ports FXS module in a 6009 chasis.
The Alcatel system is connected to the analogue FXS module on the 6009.
The problem is when we ring an IP/analogue phone from a Dec/t phone everything is going ok. But when we call a Dec/t phone from an alalogue or IP phone the Alcatel Dec/t phone can pick up the call but the IP or analogue phone keeps on giving the normal "wait for answer tone", and the call is not being "picked up" at the Alcatel Dec/t phone.
IP 2 IP phone, analogue 2 IP phone and analogue to analogue phone work perfectly.
Does anyone have some experience in this problem ?
Can anyone advise me if we have to do some configuration changes on the Callmanager ?
Any ideas or suggestions are welcome !
