Alterar ou mascarar o numero de origem

Boa tarde,

Preciso fazer com que um ramal, exemplo: 6150 quando ligar para outro ramal, o registro de histórico fique como ramal 0393.

E o possível retorno das ligações, sejam destinadas para esse ramal mascara 0393 e não o 6150 .....
