Does Cisco make an "Amplified Receiver Handset" for the 7940/7960 phone? If not does any one have a recommendation for a 3rd party solution that is compatible with Cisco's phone?

I don't think that we Cisco makes any headsets for the IP phones. I know this link is a little old and some people in the field may have better ones, but http://cisco.getheadsets.com a link for headsets that work with the IP phones.
