we have configured an mgcp gateway using a 1760 router and fxo vics when we make a call into the gateway to the programmed ip phone if you hang up from the outside calling party the ip phone stays held in a call state but when you hang up from the ip phone the call is fully disconnected this is a loop start line to the fxo. Debug events show the on hook state from the calling party but the call stays held up until you physically disconnect the line or go on hook on the phone any Ideas
