Any way to use SIP devices with CM version < 4.x?

I'm using CallManager 3.2.3 right now (upgrading to 4.1 soon though) and have a quick need to get some SIP devices talking to our cluster. Is there a way to get an IOS devices to act as a front-end for the SIP devices? They could talk SIP to the router and the router would convert to H.323/SCCP/MGCP or whatever. I know I can do this easily after I upgrade CM but that won't happen for at least a month or so and was hoping to get something kludged together sooner.

You could do it through the loop on POTS;

SIP terminal -- SIP IOS device / POTS -- POTS (back to back) / H323 IOS device -- CCM 3.x.x

Since it is only a temp solution, you should't worry about port consumption.
