AS 5350 IOS upgrade problem

AS 5350 IOS version 12.3

I want to set isdt t301 timer to 10000 seconds or more, but the IOS doesn't want to act on command:

(config-if) isdn t301 10000

To which version of IOS do I need to upgrade my IOS to perform ISDN timers manipulating... thanks!
