AtA 186 gets IP but does not register

I have a 186 connected to a 3560 which in turn is behind a firewall. I can see from the witch that the ATA gets an IP add and the switch can see the mac add but the ATA will not register with the CCM. You can web to the ATA though. On the details through the web page it shows that it thinks it is registered to the local router via SRST??? can anyone help with this issue? Thanks in advance

I think there is a bug for this although I can't find it anymore:

You can try

1. putting the ATA in a device pool that has SRST disabled

If this doesn't work,

2. Turn of srst on the router. If it doesn't allow you to turn off srst cuz the ATA is still register, change the srst source-address or port to something else and test, then you can revert back to normal
