ATA 186 support for CUCM 12.5

From CSR compatibility matrix I do not see ATA 186 since version 10.5, but I understand is supported on ver 10,x 11.1 & 12.0.

My question is ATA 186 is supported on CUCM ver 12.5?

If so, do you have a link to validate it?

Thanks in advanced

Enrique

Products that are EOL/EOS are not tested, therefore, they're not officially supported and not listed, that's an important distinction when it comes to support and documentation.

However, you're still able to configure it in CUCM, it's still in the drop-down for devices, and if you had any kind of problem with it, that is deemed to be caused directly by the HW/SW of the ATA, TAC can tell you the product is EOS/EOL and they will not provide a fix.

If however the problem is more on CUCM, say, call routing, and you have a valid support contract for CUCM, they should try to help you.
