ATA 188 - no connectivity

Hi ! I'm setting up a ATA 188 in a demo lab - Version C3.1.0. ATASCCP - Build 040305B.

The device will not get a new config from the tftp server!!! I want to get SIP image on the device, but the upgrade fails both via TFTP or manual upgrade. I have configured the IP adresses via voice response and i have confirmede the IP adresses i'd put in - Stille I cannot ping or http to the device............... Any suggestions would be apreciated Thanx Tom

ATA allows you to configure static IP even when DHCP is configured. May be that is causing a problem in your case. Disable DHCP and try again.

To disable DHCP, go to the voice menu, press 20 and then press 0.

Note: Make sure that you save the configuration by pressing 3#.
