Orignally, we tried to use ATA for fax. However, it seems does not work with Canon eCopy (Fax module install in Canon eCopy).
I am not sure super G3 cause the problem or not.
I am thinking to order VIC2-2FXS or VIC-4FXS/DID and connect to Fax board in Canon eCopy.
Are those VIC2-2FXS or VIC-4FXS/DID support Super G3 fax???
Thanks

Ken,
ATAs have issues with speeds higher than 14400. Use an FXS whenever you can for your faxes. I am not sure about the 4 port fxs/did support on the 2800s (if you have one).

Are you using fax-passtrough?
ATA does not support fax relay and H323 gateways comes with fax relay by default.
If you are using MGCP Gateways you should configure MGCP modem passtrough using nse.
