ATA remote location design recommendation

I have the following setup. Essentially I am trying to give remote users the ability to use a phone from home. Users' IP address is a dynamic public IP and the Linksys router provides NAT (PAT). Also, I NAT on the PIX.

What is the recommended setup? Do I "talk" SCCP to call manager? Do I use a gatekeeper?

Yes, I think the ATA should talk SCCP to call manager. You may deploy Gatekeeper if you want to do any call admission control, else you will not need it.
