ATA with fax HP LaserJet MFP M880z

i have ATA configure in CUCM 8.5 there was old fax machine was work no issues

when i get new fax machine HP LaserJet MFP M880z it can send fax but not able to receive fax it's give error when fax come to it

notes old one work if i connected it can send and receive and the line come form SP is SIP Trunk terminated in VG with DID there is dedicated line translated to fax codec we use its g711ulaw

You can try to download HP LaserJet MFP M880z manual and set ECM and fax speed in this way:

- ECM (error correction mode) must be disable;

- fax speed must be 9600 bps;

- V.34 modulation must be disable;

- set fax auto answer after 1 or 2 rings.
