ATA186, Moculla software 2.15ms

Hi. We'are using some ATA186 boxes in IOS Telephony Service environment (known also as keyswitch) with MGCP/SCCP software v2-14-ms (Build 020514a) on ATAs. After upgrading software on ATAs to v2-15-ms (Build 020723a) we got some problems with registration, ATA reports another device type to IOSTS (was 7 - 7960, with 2-15ms - 12). IOSTS doesn't know this device type, but register ATA186 with error "Unknown 12" and doesn't assign lines to ATA. After downgrading to 2-14ms on ATA and reassigning lines everything works again. I've tryed two builds: 020722a and 020723a. Not sure about correct registration with CM3.0/3.1, didn't try. I have no active contract now, that's why ask on this conference.

You could go back to the old code that registered properly otherwise you'll probably need to get a support contract from Cisco to see if there is a bug they need to work on for you. With this technology, support contract are well worth the money.
