Attendant console can not park H323 inbound call from FXO line

Hi,

CallManager 4.0(2a)sr1, 2811 VoiceGateway with VIC2-4FXO configured with H323 protocol.

We experienced a problem that the Attendant console can not park the inbound calls from FXO lines with H323 configured. All the internal calls can be parked. But if I changed to MGCP protocol on 2811, then I can park the inbound calls.

Because the customer wants to enable callerID functionality, we have to use H323. However it looks having several problems including the attendant console can not park inbound calls.

Is there any way to solve thir problem?

1) In the CCM gateway configuration page, please make sure that "Media Termination Point Required" is checked.

2) Appy the "voice codec preference" command to the H.323 gateway to get conferencing across the POTS.
