Attendant Console directory search issues

Hi,

Have attendant console 1.3(1) ES6 on CCM 4.0(2a)SR1 and have 1,700 users in the directory.

Were not able to pull one user up in the regular search bar by their last name. Advanced search finds them. The user has all the necessary fields filled out in user global directory. Only department and manager id are blank.

Any ideas why advanced search finds them and normal search doesn't? The TCD autogenerated.txt file has them listed with same number of fields as other users that come up fine. No funky characters in their name.

did you get a fix for this? i have the same issue. show all users only shows 1 particular container but i can find any user in any container via the advanced search.

i am running ccm 4.1(3) with ac 1.4(1) w/es1.

Make sure the telephone number is filled out under the user properties under user -> global directory. You may need to stop/start tcd services.
