I am running two CM 4.0 servers in a centralized configuration with 7 remote sites. AC worked fine until last night. Here's what happened. I added a new location yesterday and did all the configuration to get it ready. I could not test as today was the first day with phones for testing. Last night for other reasons I had to reboot the CMs. This moring, 5 of the 7 original stores are working fine. The new store and 2 other stores now get an error when they try to login, "Initialization of call control failed". Any ideas?

Hello,
Make sure on the "ac" user make sure enable cti application is checked. Also make sure that attendant console phones are associated with the ac user.
Thanks,
Radhika.

Thanks, that did the problem. My follow-up question is how did I lose them from the associated device list. The 2 stores that lost connectivity had been working for serveral months then lost them? Any ideas about that.
Thanks again for the help.

Stephen,
This can happen if some one has deleted the phone and re added .I cannot think of any other reason.
Thanks,
Radhika
