Attendant Console Installation Permissions

I was wondering what permissions were needed to install Attendant Console and what permission were needed after the installation is complete.

You will need to be a local admin to install AC and then a local power user to run AC. If you are not at least a local power user, then AC won't boot up, but you won't get any errors either
