Attendant Console on Citrix (CallManager 4.0)

Can Attendant Console be run in Citrix? I have a client who uses Wyse Terminals and their AC users have no hard drives.

I successfully made Web Attendant work in Citrix with IBM thin clients. Since all the registry information was held in HKLM I had to create a command script to change the username and password in HKLM before launching Web Attendant. I unfortunately haven't had the chance to install Attendant Console. I have been through online training that uses Attendant Console via VMware. Good Luck.

Yes, Attendant Console will work in a Citrix environment. Will Cisco support it, that is another question.

IPCC however will not work very nicely in a Citrix evironment. The client app will connect, however there are issues with the reporting.
