Does anybody have Cisco best pratice or design guide with respect to pstn fallback for interoffice calls in centralized call process scenario. For example, office A extension 10000 call extension 20000 in office B, when bandwidth not enough or WAN went down, call should route to PSTN without redialing?
It seems there is no design guide specificlly for this.
