Autodial Phone Number (from Analog line)

Is their a way to autodial a number through call manager when the reciever goes offhook? This needs

to be done on an analog line. These phones are located in elevators and do not have a keypad, they

need to autodial the emergency number when the button

is pushed to go offhook.

Assuming it's a CallManager-controlled SCCP or MGCP analog device (an IOS router in MGCP mode, WS-X6624 blade, ATA-186, VG248, etc) use the following config example:
