Not AFAIK, I know there's an enhacement request for VCS to provide this, but not sure for the other products, you can reach out to your SE to submit a PER for this, or if there are already opened, to add you to the list of people asking for this.

TMS saves all of it's data in a SQL database, so one would simply need to backup the database using standard SQL backup methods, for example: How to schedule and automate backups of SQL Server databases in SQL Server Express.

You can use TMS to backup VCS/Expressway products, but not conferencing bridges such as Conductor, TelePresence Server, etc - the option is located under Systems > Configuration Backup, however this is a one-time backup and not on a recurring schedule.

Someone did write a blog on how to Automate Cisco Video Communication Server configuration backups, but this is obviously not Cisco supported and recommended.

You can always rely on manual backups via each of the product's respective web interfaces to backup your VCS, Conductor, and TelePresence Server.
