Automatic dialing when lifting the handset.....

Hi guys, i want to configure one of my ip phones (7940 series)as customer support phone that when the customer will going to lift the handset they will not going to dial any number, what i want to happen is as soon as the customer will going to lift the handset it will automatically dial the customer support number. Thanks

Create a Partition named for instance "PT_HOTLINE", create a CSS named "CSS_HOTLINE" put the PT_HOTLINE partition as the only partition in CSS_HOTLINE. Create a translation pattern with a empty pattern field and put it in the PT_HOTLINE partition. Set the Called Part Transform mask to the number you want dialed. And assign the CSS_HOTLINE to the phone. This is essence creates a PLAR connection. Make sure you dont have any patterns/DNs in the partition or this wont work properly.
