back to pilot point on 5 rings

how can i come back to pilot point upon 5 rings for example

Pilot point for? If Unity, have the last RNA or Ring Busy go back to port 1.

I believe you are using the attendant console pilot point and hunt group.

In that case, the number of rings will be modified using the callmanager service parameter "Forward No Answer Timeout"

To bring the call back to the pilot point, you have to set the "Forward No Answer" on the phone line settings to the pilot point extension.
