CME Inbound Calls Config

I've got a CME 3.1 running, outbound works, all the phones are up but I can't seem to get ringing FXO's on the same router to ring at sets.

I'd like ideally to ring on 3 of the phones.

Ideas?

Could you please explain the issue a little more, and provide the config of the CME router. Do you want something like a shared line, or you have three different numbers?
