Got a DR job, I did a new install HardwareDetection,ServerBaseOS 2000.2.3 plus CCM 3.3(3), then I attempted to restore a STI file made under BARS 4.0(4)/CCM 3.3(3), OS 2000.2.5sr3
I get a BARS restore wizard for CCM error message about not being at callmanager archive path SP, and not to continue restore. I can't find any documentation on this error message.
Does BARS restore look at the OS Version from the old server and require a match? What is level SP? (I'm thinking 3.2(2)spH in the old days).
The documentation about BARS and restores is lacking, vague and sometimes wrong. I've been on the phone with TAC the last couple hours doing a restore from .STI....(no mirror is not the way to go)
