BARS 4.0.6000SR1 hangs after "Finding Callmanager database."

BARS doesn't run on my ccm.

Starting BARS via scheduler nor manualy it hangs each 2nd try. Reading the log, the last step is "Finding Callmanager database."

Stopping backup process and starting it manually is mostly successfull. (next step in backup process after "Finding Callmanager database."is "Verifying disk space for dumping database.") But database is on that local server and there is enogh space too.

any idea??

even backup is sucessfull or not the MS event viewer shows 2 Errors same time the backup is started. source is COM+:
