BAT Import Phones-Users with Owner Id

Is it possible to import phones and users together and associate the user id with the phone as the owner? I've tried importing Phones-Users with the UserID defined in the BAT file, but when I look at the phone in CCM it does not show that UserID as the Owner ID.

To make BAT wor in CCM 4.1 you have to follow these steps

1. Delete the old phone template from CM 3.x and re-creat the new

one under 4.1.

2. Run the BAT.xlt directly from the CM Publisher.

3. Once you create the CSV file from the BAT.xlt, you can export

directly from that file and it automatically matches the string

format with the device field.

When using the IP phone BAT template, use the "Phones-Users" template. The template will associate the device and the user in the DC directory. Templates are located in C:\CiscoWebs\BAT\Templates
