In a enviroment with 4,5 gateways, on callmanager cluster.

The gateways are distributed in a large distance sites, with diferent call cost, each site make calls out across his gateway.

What Billing system do you use?

You can probably use CDR.The Cisco CallManager Serviceability CDR Analysis and Reporting (CAR) tool generates reports of information for quality of service, traffic, user call volume, billing, and gateways.
