Billing VoIP Calls

Hi, I´m looking for solution that I can make billing the calls that starting from the router with

analog ports (FXS) and can be finished to PSTN or another gateway VoIP. Do I need to use IVR

scripts inside the router? If I just make Accounting H323 and storing this information into SQL database

for the applications like Telemate get the information inside database and generate the report,the problem would be resolved?

Do I need IVR script althought we just need accounting (register) the calls did by users? Just Accounting H.323 woudn´t resolve my problem?

Do you have some sample this script?
