Hi,

I need help to use the "Bulk Administration Tool".

When I try to import or export data, I have ever the same message :

Error -2146827850

Description : Object doesn't support this property or method...

What can be the problem ? I just want try to insert IP Phone 7912.

What version of BAT are you using and what version of callmanager? Can you import other phones?

My callManager is in 4.1.2sr1 and my BAT is in 5.1(3).

I can't import anything. I tried with a 7912 and 7940 and I have the same error. Moreover I can't export anything.

This sounds like a browser error and may require install/reinstall of the 'Java Virtual Machine' from java.sun.com.

I had a similar problem with Call Manager Administration which I resolved as above.

I am trying to do a simple export.

Document is not coherent. When I follow the help and choose "All Details", it says I have to enter the model (I pick 7960) and then it says to enter the number of devices and add the query.

If I choose "all details" and then try to enter a query, I have a window error saying "please select "specific details".

Moreover, whatever I do, when eventually by choosing the specific and add queries (like DN not empty), I keep getting a export failure.

In the log it says: Error 13 - Type mismatch !!!

Can anyone help ?
