Just wanted to know how to install this product. <br><br>Do i run setup on the ActiveVoice Unity server using the Exchange Service acct? Or do i run it on a different box? <br><br>Lastly, i am assuming that all activevoice services need to runnig while i lauch the Bulk edit utility? <br><br>Systems Engineer

You need to install it on the local Unity server using the account that installed Unity (i.e. the account associated with all the AVCSxxx services in the SCM). This is the only account I allow to attach using this tool and make bulk changes to the directory like that... just being safe.
Yes, the AV services need to be running. If they are not, the tool will pop a dialog asking you to start Unity first.

We have AVPerfMon disabled as per ActiveVoice. I assume that's why the Bulk Edit utility wouldn't work for us?

no... BulkEdit doesn't care about PerfMon at all... if it's not letting you fire up BulkEdit you're having a permissions issue with the account you're logged in as at the time you run BulkEdit. Either that or there's some other problem I haven't yet run into in the field.
Nothing to do with PerfMon, however...
