Call Forward CSS

Hi all,

In the documentation about the Line/device approach for routing and restrictions, Cisco says that caveats are for Call Forward that the CSS used is really "none" if "none" is configured in the CallFwdAll box.

Therefore, I would think that if i do not apply any CSS on this box, the forward should not be possible.

But it is...I have tested it.

I have a device with a CSS-DEVICE that includes all partition of the routing plan.

I have a line in a partition P-LINES and in CSS-Norestrictions

But if I put no CSS on the CallFwdall, I can transfer my line anywhere...

How come...?

When we use CSS in Call Forward options:

If you do the CFA/CFNA/CFB (ie 9911) from your IP phone or CCMuser web page it will use the combination of line and device CSS,

If you type the number (9911) from CCMAdmin web page it should route the number only to patterns when CSS is set to under Call Forward options.
