I have a toll free number pointed to a local DID in my Cisco Call Manager. On occasion, when we are unable to answer a call that comes into that toll free number we forward it to a cell phone.
Once the call is established to the cell phone, both the caller and the cell phone recipient are unable to hear each other. This only occurs when dialing into the toll free number. If I dial directly to the local DID and allow the call manger to perform the call forward, it works fine. Any ideas?
