Call forward logic and voicemail?

I have phone A at extension 100. 100 has CFNA to 101. 101 has CFNA to 102 and 102 has CFNA to 103. What is the best way to get the voicemail account of 103 to play if 103 does not pick up? I understand by default the original called number of 100 will be sent to Unity and this is what is happening now. Is there a way to have 103 sent to Unity as the called number instead?

By the way.... All of these extensions are on different physical phones and they each have their own voicemail

Can you not cheat a little and create a voicemail profile just for 103 and in the mask hardcode 103 in there.
