Unfortunately no... I'm just starting work on a white paper for audio text applications that will cover the ins and outs of call handlers in detail as well as basic troubleshooting steps, call routing rules etc... lots of folks get hung up here and it needs some detailed documentation. I have to finish up the Unity architecture overview document this week before starting on that. I'm hoping to have something out by mid September.
