Call Manager CCMADMIN page display phone status of not registered

Call Manager 4.02 sr1.

I have 3 call managers, PUB, SUB1 and SUB2 configured for a single cluster. There are two CMGroups:[sub1,pub,sub2] and [sub2,pub,sub1]

Phone-A and Gateway-A register to SUB1.

Phone-B registers to SUB2.

When looking and using PUB, all phones show registered.

When looking at SUB1, I see the correct status only for phones and devices registered to SUB1. Devices reigistered to SUB2 indicate "not registered' but give me an IP address of the device.

When looking at SUB2, I see the correct status only for devices registerd to SUB2. The devices registered on SUB1 show 'not registered'

Is this behavior correct?

I know that I should always use PUB to administer devices, but this just got me thinking...

BTW: Devices on SUB2 can call phones registered on SUB1, but can not call out the gateway registered on SUB1. Any ideas?.

BOUNCE YOUR RIS Service on all the Callmanager machines. It will take care of it. Also check the SQL replication.
