Call Manager Centrex Caller ID Problem

When Centrex phone calls a Cisco IP Phone, the Centrex phone displays the Calling Party Information on the display instead of Called Party Information.

Once the Cisco phone picks up the call, the Centrex displays changes to the correct display showing the Called Party Name.

Any help will be appreciated.

What kind of a GW Are you using (H323 or MGCP with the CCM?)

Use this debug for the following:

debug voice ccapi inout

If you are using H323 make a call from the Centrex phone to the IP Phone.

Do the same thing from the IP Phone calling the Centrex phone also.
