Dear Sie,
I am trying to offer a customer who wants call manager for 100 users, I found at the configurator that this application available only for Call MANAGER 4.2,CM4.2-K9-7815I2S-1 .
1) Will there be support for 5.0 and above.
2) If not ,what upgrade will the customer need when upgrading in the future to CM 5.XX and to increase the number of phone , how it is possible.

1) Call Manager 5.0 will run on an MCS-7815, MCS-7815SE and an MCS-7815I2.
2) Call Manager 5.x can be order as an appliance on the MCS-7815I2 or an upgrade from 4.x to 5.x can be ordered for the MCS servers I referenced above.
I have attached a link to the Call Manager 5.x datasheet that has all of the product SKUs for upgrading an existing Call Manager 4.x to 5.x on Cisco MCS hardware.
