Call Manager Services not working

I have just upgraded callmanager from 3.0.11 to 3.1.3a and am trying to set up my address book and my fast dials. I am unable to get these services working. I am looking at my application load id and boot load id and do not think they are correct. Is there a bug in application load id P003D302 and Boot Load ID PC030300.

Please take a look at the following URL:

Fast Dial URL : From CCMAdmin -->service---> ip phone services , http:///ccmpd/xmlFastDials.asp

Address Book URL : From CCMAdmin -->service---> ip phone services ,

http:///ccmpd/xmlAddressBookInput.asp

1. Double check the URL stored for the IP Service.

2. Double check server parameters, especially the “Parameter Name” the “Parameter Display Name” is not as important.

3. User PIN is not the same as the user PASSWORD, make sure they are being used properly.

4. Check the CallManager web server. Is it working properly?
