Call Pick-up Soft Key Feature Not Working

After upgrading to SCCP 7.1.2 because of problems related to 7.1.1, we found that the phones are having trouble with the "Call Pick-up" Soft key. They have to press the key multiple times befor the call is actually picked up. Is any one else having a similar issue with this build?

What version of CCM are you using? Is this "call pickup" or "group call pickup"?
