callback feature in callmanager 4.1.3

Have been using the callback feature in callmanger for some time now and works fine. However, I would like to extend this feature somehow by having another softbutton ("send to voicemail") along side the callback softbutton when busy tone is triggered. this will allow some one to leave a voicemail instead of waiting for them to get off the phone. Has any one done this already? Is this possible?

Have you looked in the softkey templates? If it contains that feature, just add it to the template you're using.. if it doesn't exist, you are out of luck. You could write a JTAPI app that pops up a screen with your custom softkeys, but I guess that's a bit complex for what you're aiming for.
