Caller ID from Legacy PBX to CCM

I have a HICOM 80 with a t1 (ami/standard) tieline to a 3845 Gateway. When I call from my pbx to the cisco phone, I receive an "external call (unknown number)" on my 7960 ip phone. Why am I not seeing the caller id info?

The place to start is to make sure the GW is receiving the Caller ID from the PBX. On the GW use "debug isdn q931" to see what is being sent by the PBX.
