Is Windows 2000 SP4 supported with any CallManager versions? Any link where I can find the information.

SP4 has not been qualified for CallManager.

Please check the software center OS link (go to the software center, click on Voice Software, then your version of CallManager, the "Download Operating System..." link) for all OS updates.

You should only do the windows updates that Cisco has approved and packaged up into their OS update files.
