Hi.
It is possible to have CCM in different sites each behind a firewall and be able to be in the same Cluster? Does the CCM ICS traffic is supported accross firewalls?
Thanks in advanced,

It is possible. you can run Call manager of same cluster on different sites, behind firewalls. Cisco AVVID experts says 20ms round trip delay should guaranteed for successfull signaling and replication.
I tried over a 100 - 180 delay wan, it works fine, only the database replication had some issues. we managed to solve it prioritizing the packets.
I recommend you to run two clusters each having only publishers in place. this will eliminate replication problems and phone related each site will be functional in case of WAN fialure

ok. So which ports you need to open in the firewalls in order for the ICS traffic to pass through and other replicated data.

Hey Jose
Refer to solution reffernce design guide for this callmanager deployement model for the version of callmanager you are trying to implement ,Also regarding the ports ,you could use the document Tcp and Udp ports used by callmanager its there on cco ,let me know if you are unable to find it.

Thanks for your quick response. What are the pros and cons of the following design instead of having both CCM1 and CCM2 behind a Firewall Cluster in the same Building.
BLDG-A CCM1---FW--GIGABIT-BACKBONE--FW---CCM2 BLDG-B
CCM1 & CCM2 in the same cluster having one Primary CCM managing all the IP Phones, Gateways, etc.
Thanks in advanced,
