Callmanager Express transfer & Call forward all

Hi,

We have CCME 3.2 installed on Cisco 3825 router.

When somebody call from outside through PSTN to the operator,he is able to transfer to an extension but not to any PSTN number.

He gets a fastbusy tone when he presses transfer & dial the seize code.

Without transfer he is able to dial the same number from his IP phone.

Simillarily when I call forward all to a PSTN number & dial the extension number,call does not get forwarded to PSTN number.But forwading to local extension works fine.

Pl help me in resolving this

Do you have transfer-patterns and call-forward patterns configured under the telephony-service section for the numbers you want to transfer to?
