Hi have a subscriber that when I start it up it says that a few cisco services would not start due to log on failure, the account is ccmserv, the password has not changed and some services using that account are working?

any ideas

Try Adminutility.exe

Run it from the Publisher to verify passwords are in synch.

Its under Program Files/Cisco/bin

Which services failed to start?
